Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Pro is tied to the Google account you bought it with, not to the phone. Install Brakewright from Google Play on a phone signed in to that account and open the app; Google Play restores the unlock, including on a new phone. If it does not show, check that Google Play is signed in to the right account, restart the app, or email us your order number.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Google Play. Within 48 hours of purchase you can request one yourself from the order in Google Play (Account > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history) or at play.google.com. After that, email us with your order number (it starts with GPA.) and we will help.
How does the free trial work?
Free to try for 7 days, then unlock Pro once. No subscription. Every feature works during the 7 days. After the trial you unlock Pro once with a single in-app purchase; there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
Does it work offline?
Yes, completely. The app needs no connection to calculate. Only the Pro purchase goes through Google Play, and when a connection is there the app checks now and then whether an update is needed.
Can I use metric or imperial units?
Both. Choose Imperial or Metric (and mm or m for metric lengths) in the settings sheet. Answers are labelled with their unit on the LCD.

Please email the inputs, the result you got and the result you expected. Accuracy bugs are fixed first.
